We offer three courses, two in mindfulness training & the living with optimum health and well-being course, as well as the ongoing weekly yoga & mindfulness classes which is the most important part of the well-being package.

These courses are skills-based to support any person, employees and management, to develop the skills of awareness, resilience, perfecting balance, compassion, emotional intelligence, and self-care, in order to manage stress and increase motivation.

The courses can be tailor-made to suit your or your company’s needs.
Workshops can be delivered in 1 to 2 hour sessions or half a day, and either as a one off or weekly or monthly sessions for a period of time.

For long-lasting and faster results, we recommend combining the well-being at work course with our in-house twice-weekly yoga and breathing classes, and our weekly massage.

Well-being at work course: 8 sessions of one hour each

• Well-Being – getting started – learning the basics – awareness - the lens we look through–what’s my part in this? – negative self-talk and positive - what can I learn from this, have learnt –                      we can stop our negative self-talk if we are witnessing it enough to notice these versions of events and then move from the one you can trust – turn that into a loving voice, noticing the pessimism, the inner critic, the victim, into more optimistic – be attentive today and notice what you tell yourself, your versions of events, your inner critic

Mindfulness training: 8 sessions of one hour each

Based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and Karen’s 25 years of Mindfulness practice and teaching. Jon Kabat-Zinn is founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic at the Centre for Mindfulness at the UMassMemorial Medical Center in Worcester, USA.
